What to include
- The address of the site you are asking about.
- The email you used if you paid for something.
- What happened and what you expected, in your own words.
Common reasons to write
- Order or report problems. A scan that failed, a missing report email, or a charge you do not recognise.
- Refunds. Ask within 7 days of paying. See the refund policy.
- A finding that looks wrong. Send the address and the finding. See the methodology for what we check.
- Your data. To see, correct or delete data, see the privacy policy and email the same address.
- A security problem with deployvet.com itself. Please email us with the details before sharing them publicly.
- Agencies and freelancers. Questions about checking several client sites or the Launch Pack.
Please do not send passwords, secret keys or card numbers by email.
