This page explains what DeployVet collects, why we collect it and how you can get it deleted. We keep as little as we can.
What we collect
- Sites you check: the web address, the results and your score.
- For paid scans: your email, your builder, and the repo or Supabase address you give us. Also the scan report, and your order and payment status from Stripe.
- Your network: we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to stop abuse. We don't keep the IP itself.
- Newsletter: your email, where you signed up and when you confirmed.
What we don't collect
- Your card details. Stripe handles them, and we never see them.
- Rows from your database. If a table is open, we note its name and columns only.
- Raw secret keys. If we find one, we only store a masked version, like
sk_live_…a1b2. - No ad trackers. We don't sell or rent your data.
Who helps us
We use a few services to run DeployVet. Each one gets only what it needs:
- Supabase: our database and server code.
- Stripe: payments.
- Resend: sends report and newsletter emails.
- GitHub Pages: hosts this website.
Emails
We email you about your scans and orders. You only get the newsletter if you sign up and confirm. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
We keep scan reports and order records while your account or Pro plan is active, and for [DATA_RETENTION_PERIOD] after that. Hashed IPs from free checks are kept for [FREE_CHECK_RETENTION]. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your choices
Email support@deployvet.com to see, fix or delete your data. We'll reply within 30 days. We may keep payment records when the law requires it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
